2c) Several cords were seen on the couches in the front room where the cots were set up. There were also several stings of outdoor lights on the ground and places ontop of the play house. 2d) plastic bags were seen in cupboards that children had access to. There was also a plastic bag in the backyard under a bush. 3f) the shelf unit next to the TV is not secured to the wall. There were many items stacked tall on this shelf. (2/2/23- some items were removed from the shelf during the virtual inspection.)
